Save the Children International has completed the deployment of Source to Pay (SAP Ariba S2C and P2P) across 56 country and region offices since 2020 where we moved from manual tendering, contract management, supplier management and purchasing processes to online processes.

The specific modules for P2P are Ariba Procurement Content, Ariba Contract and Services Invoicing, and Ariba Strategic Payables.Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity to join a team of technical team supporting SAP Ariba S2C and P2P (ProSave) with Level 3 support in any existing SCI location.

Specifically SAP Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) and Source to Contract (S2C) functionality will be integrated with client’s existing SAP system.

We will be implementing SaaS (Software as a service) eProcurement functionality within client.

Contract adherence and their use in the PO process is difficult to monitor, and contracts are maintained in multiple locations outside of SAP. Use of P-Card spend is difficult to monitor and analyze. Spend analysis of services is extremely difficult.

Visibility to Vendor responses is limited to data manually updated within the PO. The business processes also contain a high degree of manual intervention after the creation of the PO. Current procurement mix is approximately 40% materials and 60% services. client existing Supply Chain business processes currently require a contract for almost 100% of its purchases with all purchasing and accounts payable taking place within the SAP ECC system.IT delivery milestone reporting into the overall business program.All IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking.Running meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team standups, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings.Managing IT scope, schedule, budget, and communication.There will also be meetings at our Bothell, Redmond, and Kent sites during the life cycle of the project. Primary position is located in Bellevue WA.Requires strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with SaaS SAP integration is preferred.Experience as a project manager implementing a procurement solution preferred.The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic financial, invoicing, and contracts processes.
